Sales Price

The price is the tax-inclusive price shown on each product purchase screen.

In-App Purchase Products

The first Collaboration trip is free for each Apple Account. Additional trips may be purchased individually at the price above.

The prices above include tax and apply to the Japanese App Store. The actual sales price is the price shown on the purchase screen and may vary by region, currency, tax rules, or App Store price changes.

Additional Costs

Users are responsible for internet access and data charges required to download the App, complete purchases, synchronize Collaboration data, and send or receive attachments.

Payment Method

The seller sells and provides the products, and the App Store processes payment.

Payment Timing

Payment timing is determined by the App Store. For details, please contact your payment method provider or Apple.

Timing of Product Delivery or Service Provision

Ad removal becomes available immediately after the purchase procedure is completed.

Collaboration becomes available after the purchase and its verification are complete and an invite link has been created for the selected trip. If setup does not complete due to a network or other error, use the in-app recovery option or contact support.

A support item is processed once immediately after purchase. It does not grant functionality, entitlements, entry into a drawing, or other digital benefits.

Cancellations and Returns

Purchase terms are available on the App Store purchase screen and in this disclosure. Where permitted by applicable law, cancellation, return, or refund for convenience is unavailable once delivery begins.

However, refunds may be approved under Apple's refund policy. If you would like to request a refund, please contact Apple Support.

No prorated or unused-period refund is provided if Collaboration is ended before the trip's end date, a participant leaves or is removed, or the selected trip is deleted. Refund eligibility is governed by Apple's refund policy.

No automatic refund is provided solely because the purchaser's device or operating system does not meet previously announced operating requirements. This does not limit non-waivable statutory rights, refunds approved by Apple, or remedies for a continuing failure attributable to us.

One-Time Purchase Item

Ad removal is a one-time purchase product, and the entitlement does not expire.

It can be restored using the same Apple Account on a device that meets the supported OS requirements and with a compatible version available through the App Store.

Ad removal and Collaboration do not support Family Sharing.

Consumable Support Items

Support-item purchases are optional. The App's core features remain available without a purchase.

Each support item is a consumable in-app purchase used once per purchase. The same item may be purchased repeatedly, but it cannot be restored from purchase history or shared through Family Sharing.

Collaboration

• Each purchase applies to one trip selected by the purchaser.
• The purchaser becomes the owner, and up to ten people may participate, including the owner. Invited participants do not need to purchase the feature.
• The feature is available through the selected trip's end date. After that date, new joins, synchronization, and editing are unavailable.
• Starting Collaboration again after it ends for the same trip, or using it for another trip, requires a new purchase.
• It is not an auto-renewing subscription.

Operating Environment

• iOS 17.0 or later
• An internet connection is required to use Collaboration.

Other Notes

• Minors must obtain consent from a parent or guardian before making purchases.
• We may change the supported operating systems where reasonably necessary for security, OS or SDK availability, or maintenance. If the change materially affects a purchased feature, we will provide reasonable advance notice unless urgent security or legal action is required.
• If a paid feature or the Service ends, we will give reasonable advance notice and explain the effect on purchased features, restoration or alternative delivery, and the refund contact.
