Overseas travel mode
Even when traveling across time zones, you can organize plans by Day 1, Day 2, and so on. Check local dates and times as you plan to keep your overseas itinerary easy to follow.
Plan colors
You can now choose a color for each plan. When people travel from different places to meet up, color-coding makes it easy to see whose travel plan is whose.
You can now add sub-plans
You can now add places you want to visit and things you want to do to a plan. For example, add the attractions you want to ride to a Theme park plan to keep everything you want to do together within that plan.
The Edit together settlement period has been revised
You can now add and edit expenses and review settlement details for a set period after your trip, giving you more time to settle up.
Support for plans and moves across dates
You can now set the next day's time for plans such as late-night flights and overnight buses that end or arrive the next day.
Record travel insurance information
You can now record insurance information such as the insurer and policy number for each booking.
You can now create day trips
Choose the same date for the start and end of your trip to create a day trip. You can manage plans and packing items just as you do for a trip that spans multiple dates.
You can now copy itinerary plans
Swipe an itinerary plan horizontally to see “Copy”. You can use the copied plan as a new plan in the same trip.
Track trip expenses and settle up
You can now bring together costs saved in plans and bookings with expenses added manually, then review the total for the whole trip. In Edit together, choose who paid and which participants share each expense, then split it equally, by ratio, or by exact amounts. You can also see who needs to pay whom and how much.
Review a plan before editing
Opening a plan from the itinerary now shows a read-only detail screen first. Review the date and time, place, notes, booking details, attachments, and cost in one place, then choose Edit when you want to make changes.
New Live music and Theater categories
We added Live music and Theater to the plan categories. These categories are also included when you export the itinerary as an image or PDF.
Choose Google Maps
You can now choose Google Maps as the map app used to open itinerary places. Change it under Map App in Settings.
Make text larger
You can now display text in a larger size throughout the app. Change it under Text Size in Settings.
Organize trip ideas with images
You can now add images of places you want to visit and food you want to try, then organize them into collections.
Add custom lists
You can now add the checklists you need to suit each trip.
Arrange packing items in your preferred order
You can now arrange packing items in a practical order to suit your trip preparations.
Add multi-night hotel stays at once
You can now choose check-in and check-out dates to add an entire multi-night hotel stay at once.
Move plans and reservations with trip dates
When you change a trip's dates, you can now move plans and reservations to the new dates at once. You can also change only the trip dates.
Change a packing item's category
You can now choose a different category when editing a packing item.
Now available on iPad
View and edit your trip itinerary on iPad's larger screen.
Open itinerary places in Maps
After entering a place, choose a result from “Choose from Maps” to easily open it in Maps from your itinerary.
Edit together
Send a link to edit your trip itinerary together with family and friends. You can try Edit together free for your first trip.
